Royalty-Free License Agreement
1. Agreement Overview
This Royalty-Free License Agreement (the "Agreement") is between PNGDesigner (the "Licensor") and you (the "Licensee"). By accessing, downloading, or using any images from the PNGDesigner website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the images available on the Website (the "Images") for the following purposes:

3. Usage Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
Resell, redistribute, or make the Images available for download or distribution to others.

4. Attribution

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Images are owned by the Licensor. The Licensee acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred by this Agreement.
6. Termination
The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Licensee's use of the Images at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Images and remove them from any materials or media.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Licensor makes no warranties regarding the Images' suitability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Images.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Amendments
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The Licensee’s continued use of the Images after any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
